Ciao a tutti,
io ieri ho travasato la mia Australian Pale Ale e già ho volgia di brassare la prossima birra.
Ho in casa un kit a due latte della brewmakers, la porter, per la quale volevo sperimentare l'aromatizzazione al the, forse solo di una parte della cotta.
L'ispirazione mi è venuta dei post di valmarco e di alexander_douglas che già hanno fatto questo:

Inoltre ho un'amico che ha un bar/enoteca che ho molte varietà di the Kusmi sfusi in barattolo e potrei fare un blend come mi pare.
per il metodo va bene la tisana da aggiungere nell'acqua a cui aggiungo il preparato?
qualcuno conosce il the kusmi?

non conosco il the kusmi....ma dato che l'anno prossimo la rifarò in e+g penso che preparerò un blend diverso stavolta la procedura comunque si. è quella che hai detto tu

mi sto sentendo male con tutti questi bei the a mio avviso però per una porter mi terrei sui the fruttati/speziati se le vuoi dare un tocco esotic/belgian ( sopratutto se vai con l'estratto black a manetta)....quelli citrusy e agrumati in generali potrebbero andare bene se ti vuoi avvicinare alle hoppy porter tipo la deep underground di opperbacco o alle east india porter di kernel ( come aroma eh....ovviamente l'amaro non è paragonabile)
