Vabbe su dai tra 5.4 e 5.5 non credo ci sia tanta differenza Big Grin

Proverò anche io a correre il ph. Durante il mash,ho letto che la misurazione viene fatta un quarto d'ora dopo l'inserimento dei grani,e una volta inserito l'acido lattico (io ho comprato questo) aspettare 10 minuti e rimisurare.Dite che può andar bene?

Quattro birre a volte corrispondono ad un tramonto.
