Se escludiamo il sidro per ora ho fatto solo la weiss, che mi ha fatto stracciare la mia bella lista di kit che mi ero fatto per birrificare da qui a giugno.
Con questo non vuol dire che non ne farò lostesso qualcuno, sono veloci e non impegnano, però capisco un po' di più il senso di questo 3d (anche se non condivido e anzi ritengo sterile sia il come sia il modo assolutistico di come è stata posta la questione).
Ora non so dirti com'è lavorare direttamente coi grani, però posso dirti quasi con certezza che l'aroma e il profumo del luppolo si perdono con il processo del kit.
Del resto si prendono 23 litri/kg di birra, si concentrano fino a essere solo 1.5kg e poi si fanno ritornare 23 litri... è chiaro che le sostanze più volatili come le sostanze rilasciate dal luppolo vanno a farsi benedire.
Forse i kit meno drastici come quelli della brewferm riescono a salvare qualcosa di più... però non sarà mai la stessa cosa
