Ciao ragazzi , volevo provare a fare una muntons Premium Scottish ma prima volevo qualche informazioni? è possibile usare zucchero di canna e miele? grazie mille

il miele non deve superare il 35% della ricetta, ma ti consiglierei di usare un po di estratto di malto per dare corpo

Il miele massimo 400 grammi! Almeno 500 grammi d'estratto e restante zucchero!

Io non metterei il miele a prescindere non mi piace il miele nella birra meglio zucchero ed estratto
