sì sto valutando di fare due latte a natale anche io, per il prossimo anno ovviamente.

riguardo al lievito del kit so che dovrebbe essere abbastanza buono! su queste birre costose in genere son precisi no?

NO! è NO! ecco la loro risposta

All these kits come with exactly the same yeast. It’s a kind of universal top fermenting yeast that can be used for all kinds of beers.
It is indeed very interesting to try with another yeast. T58 gives spicy notes to a beer (think of pepper).

quindi per quanto riguarda brewferm usate lieviti specifici è meglio!

sarebbe carino sentire anche coopers, muntons e brewmaker a riguardo! facciamo un thread apposito?

Domanda "banale", ma non avendone mai bevuta una....
Consigliate bottiglie da 0.33 o da 0.5 per questa birra?

io ti consiglio 0.33 per gli assaggi, poi 0.50 o meglio 0.75 (voglio dire è una birra da occasione...)
