La ricetta l'ho presa da questo sito. Comunque queste sono le dosi che ho utilizzato:
1500gr estratto light liquido, 1500gr estratto amber liquido, estratto secco light 400gr, cara munich 400gr, smoked bamberg 1000gr, luppolo spal select 35gr per 60min e 25 per 30 min. Inoculo lievito a 25° e fermentazione a 24° fissi. Imbottigliata con 6.5gr litra per carbonazione. Spero possa essere di aiuto!!
