il sauvin come l'amarillo è stato rovinato dalla batteriosi sia l'anno scorso che quest'anno....ce n'è poco e quello che c'è è stato tenuto per il mercato locale

temo che il sauvin lo aspetteremo a lungo....e il problema è che non è un luppolo che ha sostituti. Solo quel luppolo ha quel profilo aromatico.
