travaso mountons wheat - edubar - 23-05-2014

Salve, dopo un lungo infortunio la settimana scorsa ho iniziato di nuovo a birrificare , ma ancora un po "arrugginito" ho commesso un paio di errori durante il travaso dopo 7 giorni. Ho fatto fare un po di schiuma durante questa operazione.
Cosa mi devo aspettare? Influirà sul risultato finale?

Dipende quanto è quel "po", ma un po di schiuma è perfettamente in linea con lo standard del travaso!
Soprattutto al'inizio un minimo di schiuma la fa...
