Ciao raga, prossimamente dovrò fare questa Pilsner(Brewmaker Premium Pilsner), che mi consigliate come estratto??? come lievito uso quello del kit o meglio us05?? qualche altra info da voi esperti..grazie mille..

Sicuramente estratto light, lievito us-05 se l'hai fai alta fermentazione, e restante zucchero bianco! Puoi fare il DH con luppolo saaz!

Certo! Sterilizzi la hop bag, facendola bollire per 5-10 minuti, con altrettanto peso, posate inox, o bicchiere, tazza, 2 g/l di luppolo, per 7-10 giorni nella seconda fase di fermentazione!
