il torrefied non l'ho trovato, magari ha un altro nome,
il peated, da tabella dice:impiego max 30-50% necessita di mash, ha enzini sufficienti, non ha enzimi in eccesso.
quindi per rispondere alla tua domanda, necessita di mash, quindi non puo essere utilizza in una e+g pura, dovresti fare un mini mash controllando ph,temperatue rispettando i vari step e test tintura, anche se è riportato che ha enzimi a suff, quindi non richiede di fare il mash con altri grani tipo il pils o il pale
