Difficult to find it in Italy 'cause we don't use carboy to ferment beer.
I found iti in ebay, but you should add shipment costs:

We homebrewers dont' use it, but I guess wine makers do... maybe you should try at some shop that sells products for wine makers

Thank you for the quick reply. I will try some wine shops.

I use plastic fermenters (bucket types) as well but still use these all the time.

Boil pot >>> Primary Fermenter >>> Secoundary (if used) >>> Keg or Bottle.

How do you get your beer off the yeast + hops without a lot of sediment?

Doing two rackings (the first after 5-7 days of fermentation, and the other one just before bottleing) using the tap on the bottom of the fermenter, has worked fine for me till now... I never had sediment in the bottles.
I still brew in E+G though, I don't know if All Grain brewing makes things different...
