CONSIGLI CERCASI - mikalis - 17-11-2014

Mi servirebbero consigli da gente più esperta di me sulla programmazione delle mie prossime birre.... tutte della BREWFERM:
1) OLD FLEMISH BROWN:
2 latte da 1,5 kg x 24 lt.
1,5 kg estratto di malto secco amber
550 gr zucchero bianco
lievito Safale S-33 (2 bustine)
temperatura fermentazione 20°C
OG=1070 FG=1018
priming 5,5 gr/lt

2) IPA:
2 latte da 1,5 kg x 24 lt.
1,5 kg estratto di malto liquido maris otter
300 gr zucchero bianco
lievito Safale S-04 (2 bustine)
temperatura fermentazione 20°C
OG=1061 FG=1015
priming 5 gr/lt

3) GOLD:
2 latte da 1,5 kg x 24 lt.
1 kg estratto di malto in polvere light
250 gr zucchero bianco
lievito Safale S-23
temperatura fermentazione 13,5°C
OG=1058 FG=1014
priming 6,5 gr/lt (anche se dai calcoli con la tabella mi verrebbe 10 gr/lt che mi sembrano eccessivi)

Tutto ok, tranne la Gold, due bustine se la fai a bassa fermentazione, con temperature tra 10/12, priming massimo 6 g/l!

le faccio tutte tre utilizzando 2 bustine,sbaglio? la scheda del lievito S-23 però da come temperature di lavoro tra 12 e 15...
per priming ok

Due bustine solamente con la bassa fermentazione! Fallo lavorare pure a quelle temperature, 10/12!
Anche quella della brewferm, due bustine, OG abbastanza alta!

Anche quella della brewferm, due bustine, OG abbastanza alta!(non ho capito a cosa ti riferisci in questa frase,sono tutte e tre breferm... intendi ipa e old flemish 1 bustina e gold 2? qual'è OG alta?)

Quando hai una OG alta, necessita di due bustine, oltre i 1065/1070!

Allora old flemish e gold 2 bustine la ipa e' dentro per un pelo o sono troppo al limite?
