Ieri ho birrificato il kit in oggetto, inoculando 2 bustine di safale 04. La temperatura è sui 21 gradi. Vi linko un video che ho fatto del gorgogliatore, perché è da ieri sera che fa così e la sua intensitá mi preoccupa un pò.

Grazie Allievi Birraio per le puntuali e rapide risposte. Ho inoculato 2 bustine affidandomi ai calcolatori che altri utenti mi hanno indicato;in alcuni, addirittura, si arrivava a tre...comunque, la mia preoccupazione, è relativa ad eventuali "sapori" dovuti ad over pitching

Direi che va benissimo. Cerca di tenere la temperatura al max a 20 gradi, se puoi.
